Yes, that is right … this is not a scrapbooking competition, but an idea I have had for a while. I truly believe that ‘being grateful’ changes the way we look at life, things and most importantly, people. So … what is this competition about?
Well … we are all going to practice a little gratitude. I am in no way suggesting you aren’t grateful, but if you’re anything like me, you might take people for granted from time to time and you might forget to thank important people for the blessing that they are to you.
I am giving away a FREE prize again (I really have way too much scrapbooking products and need to find a good home for them). In the ‘comment area’ of this post, you can leave a comment with the name of a person/ good friend/ family member, who deserves to win this prize. If possible, please mention something about that person that you are grateful for.
Make sure that your friend wouldn’t mind you sharing this information, okay … if you just want to mention a name, that is fine too, but I think it would be nice to add a ‘little extra’ as well.
You can leave a comment until November 30, 2009. All comments will be numbered. On December 1, 2009 I will use the lovely Random Number generator site to pick a number. The winning comment will be announced and the prize will be posted to the friend mentioned in that comment (once again, please make sure your friend doesn’t mind giving a postal address). And ... yes, this is open to anyone, anywhere in the world!
This is the gift that your friend can win:
- Alphabet Stickers from Imaginisce
- Rubons (three packs one from KaiserCraft and two from TLC)
- Roller Doodles from Glitz Design (three different ones: 'Thank You', 'Curls' and 'Numbers')
- Wooden Christmas words (KaiserCraft)
- Chipboard 'Fascinating' from Pink Paisley
And please … spread the word of this post (feel free to use the picture at the top of this post for that) … you might even get a friend to ‘recommend’ you … LOL …
